Renewal Deficiencies Spring 2018

At the AGM we reminded residents to be sure to report any issues with renewal to the City. Check for things like major sidewalk cracks, the road heaving along the curb, or if they did not do a proper job putting your property back in the original condition.

The warranty period will soon be over, so please take some time to check your property and report any issues to: Jason Caudron jason.caudron@edmonton.ca 780 495 0268

Queen Mary Park  Renewal has FINALLY started!!

April 25th, 2017 was the construction kickoff.  It will be crazy in the neighbourhood for the next two years.  North of 108 Ave will be this year and south of 108 Ave will be next summer.

Streetlights Sidewalks and Roads will be replaced.

Streetlights will be new and have LED bulbs and will look fantastic with our new roads and sidewalks.  The finished product will look similar to the picture below.
